Cook4Life Debit Order *****

I have been getting a debit order for R399 from Cook4Life, which I have not authorised and I am not aware of the company. Kept disputing and stopping it since October 2025, but the money keeps being debited from my account every month. Called the company, was told to write an email, and my email have not been responded to since last month.
