Good day
My name is Martha,I placed an order with Cook4Life in 2015/2016 and the last debit for that account(for a blender) was in September, but even now I still have not received my order . I have been calling them ,sending emails and smses but still nothing happened. On Friday the 07th of December I called one Shepeherd as I usually did before and I asked him if I’ll never receive the order, he said jaa. I believe they are still trying to find a way to con me so that I can pay more money as they did with their line-1 whereby I ended up paying extra R995.I am not willing to pay extra unnecessary cash like before, therefore I am requesting hello peter team to assist me please.
After lodging a complain with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman they delivered a used Blender and gave it to one of my colleagues, who told me that the courier told her that they could not reach me on both my cellphones. What suprises me is that I don't even have a missed called from that person. Thank you.

Even now I still have not received what I payed for. In March they called me whilst I was on my way back from attending a workshop.We agreed that they will meet me in Polokwane for the delivery, but as they new that it was not brand new they left it in the office with my office mate.I arrived at Polokwane and waited for the courier for about four hours and eventually I had to leave since Shepherd was no longer answering his phone.
On Monday I found the parcel (which was completely opened) in my office. I called him again and asked him if they had an agreement with me or my colleague as they together agreed to open my parcel without my consent and he said I must sign for it to be returned.I told him I don't even want to hear anything about their agreement with my lastag colleague. They eventually took it back but to this day i am stuck with the old blender they delivered in December. Just for clarity purposes the said blender has scratches and it even has marks which shows that it was used and wiped.
So it seems as if I'll never receive my money's worth.
