Cook4life appauling service and trauma trigger

After writing my dissatisfaction on the outcome of the pressure cooker that resulted in me having 2nd degree burns on Hellopeter... I get a call from Cook4life today to ask if the matter was resolved???

Im livid because you are bringing back the trauma i have had to try and forget while the scars are a daily reminder. Whats the point of the call whwn you are as useless as the people that dealth with the case. Cook4life confirmed the lid does not close properly but has the decency to bring it back as is. Im disgusted by the whole thing, dont follow up if you have nothing to offer. I wasted my money with you, solong as im breathing il never recommend you to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Dont you ever call me again with your nonsense
