Cancel you debicheck with immediate effect

Cook4life is a ****. Your sales person Vincent came to my workplace this month of October for presentation. After he was done i completed the application form sign it but did not finish because of time. I told him to call so that we finish the order. I only wrote my details id no and phone numbers. The guy never contacted me. after 2 weeks i received an sms "we confirmed that we.received your application form😐 I was suprised and confused as to how because we did not talk with that guy.i dont know how much am i gonna pay.where the hell did they get my banking detalis?

The last sms that made me to go mad was the one I received from.my bank telling me to.approve a debicheck , like realy ?? I dont want you to take money from my bank please cancel that debicheck
