Bad service

I've placed an order for a blender and I paid it in full. When its time for coof4life to deliver my order they play hide and seek with me. I've been waiting for it for the past month and two weeks and they first said they are out of stock now they say they have invoiced it and it's with the courier. The worst part is no one communicates with me to tell me why I haven't received my blender. I have to be the one calling them all the time. They don't treat their customers right.
