Bad customer Service, I want them to honour the agreement signed

I signed a contract with them that i would get 3 items and paying for 18 months. I have been paying since last year June 2021. I called them to confirm the delivery of the second and third item and i was told i am left with 25 months and that they're consultant Dwayne made an error that i must now account for.
