A very disappointing company

Cook4life visit my workplace to sell their product ,then I ve placed an order last year of 10pc non stick pot set,then this year 10 Aguast 2022 I've received a Hot water Dispenser from them which I was not ordered and they left this order with the security guard, I've repotted this matter to Veronica she said I must email the proof of oder and I phoned her after emailing she said they will collect the wrong order and they will give me my 10pc non stick pot,since August til now no action was taken but they still deducting their money from my account and I'm sitting with the wrong order.
