Half cooldrink in a seal bottle seal 6 pack

I purchased a 6 pack sealed of 2 lt cooldrink lemon flavor . The first day I realized it was defaulted I called to complain I spoke to a gentleman he said call on Monday , I call on Monday I speak to some lady she said she will call me back I’m still awaiting this call . Then Thursday i called again still no joy in my complaint
