Bad service

very disappointed with the soft drink company Cooee,had an issue with there product,sent them a message about it,got a call from there customer care and was told that the product will be picked up and I would be given a voucher.its the second week now and no one picked up the product and never receive the voucher which I think is not enough for the trouble it caused me.
