Dissatisfaction ans disappointment with Conza Aluminium in Polokwane.

I'm not at all satisfied with Conza Aluminium service. They installed the front door, and hardly a month after installation the door they have installed became loose and started difficult to open. I called Conza Aluminium several times to come fix the door. They promised to come every time I called. Up to this day, they have not despite those several promises. The owner (Conny) ended up dismissing my calls. I'm really disappointed because I paid her accordingly, and she had made a commitment that she would be available to come fix any fault post installation, I should just give her a call call her.
