NON PAYMENT - CONVETTE GROUP DMC
I assisted with 2 booking for this company in April 2026 and was advised by the consultants Fedelis and Ken that i would get my payment within 5 days after the invoice being sent, to date no payment has been received, the Owner Shirley keeps making promises to pay with no timeline set, she keeps saying that business is slow but this bookings happened in April which should not be the reason why payment is delayed as these clients have traveled and made their payments i am sure to Convette Group DMC , her first excuse was she was in hospital and had lost her husband, as i empathise with her loss and her being sick that does not give her the right to with hold payment as her company was still operating during her illness and her loss. I have sent them several emails and messages regarding this outstanding payment.
