Wrong shoe size/Rude store manage

On Saturday the 4th of June I went through to Converse Sandton City and purchased the attached shoe. Prior to the purchase, I fitted the shoe and advised the sales person that the shoe is big and the label on the shoe seems to be the wrong size. I then told the sale person that I will walk around the mall because it could be the thin socks I was wearing and when I get home il put on thicker socks and return the shoe if its still big. The shoe s still big and on Saturday the 11th of June, I went back to the same Converse store to return the oversized shoe. I was then attacked by the rude manager and her staff, except for the gentleman who tried to explain to the manager that he sold me the shoe and I did mention that it is big. The manager lady who is attached on the pic, refused to do an exchange and a refund, she then proceeded to call someone who also refused to do the exchange/refund, the manager then took the phone and hung up. When I asked for the name of the person I spoke to, she refused, and when I asked for her name to complain she refused and told me to get out of her shop.

I left insulted and still with the wrong size. I hope there is cameras with voice recording so you could hear the manner in which they spoke and also see their behavior. Because of this, I no longer want the shoe, and I doubt il ever buy another pair of Converse, all I want is my money back. The receipt is also attached.
