Worst shopping online service!

I received the worst online shopping service ever!! I wanted a black all star shoe and paid for it and when the order confirmation email came through the description said it’s a navy shoe. I immediately emailed converse to let them know that I selected the wrong color of the shoe! The person who rep**** to my email told me that they don’t do exchanges but they can log a return and refund me. I then asked them to log the return for me while my order was still being processed, it was not even shipped yet. The person told me that he has escalated my request on the 7th of October and even to this day I’m stuck with shoes that I don’t want.
