Worst online customer experience

I placed an online order. Unfortunately, the size was incorrect at the order time, and I am trying to return the product. What a nightmare. There is no communication, and the email supp**** gets the standard "our agent will contact you" message. I have been to the Converse stores in Boksburg and Sandton City, and they could not assist—worst customer experience.
