Waiting for Refund

I placed an order last year November, order arrived but I was not happy with the size, on the 3 December 2020 they send the couriers to collect the takkies. Even today I am still fighting for my refund. Worse part none of the people answer my phone. Can somebody help me with my refund. R800 is too much.
