Very poor service from Converse Online store

I ordered sneakers from converse online on the 27th October 2024 they sent a message that order will be delivered on the 31st i waited it didn't come. I followed up with them they delivered it on the 1st November. I opened the order it came in a broken box, I fitted the shoes and i was not happy with the size i asked to return it back. They collected it and advised that it was worn they are returning it back to me i assured them that i didn't wear it i just fitted maybe my floor was dirty. I sent them emails asking to atleast take another size small or another kind of shoe they have been promising to contact me but no they are not today it's the 15th November since i have been waiting for their call. I don't recommend anyone to shop from Converse their service is very bad. I am very disappointed in them.
