Very Disappointed

First time doing order online , i just wanna say very disappointed , my order number is Order # ***, Checked my account online its says cancelled , no explanation why, payments were done via payflex, called the CONVERSE store canal walk in which I'm suppose to do a pick up at , i was advised they do not deal with the online orders , they gave me the syke number ***which it kept saying agents are busy since friday mornig until now i cannot get through , no feedback via emails ,I am just very frustrated .
