Unprofessional service

I bought sneakers online from Converse all was well until the they delivered, they delivered at a wrong address without confirming the address and the person who ordered, I got my delivery from a neighbor and the package was opened I called them regarding the matter, they send a email to to apologize and that was it. I demanded that I don't want that package any more since it was delivered to a wrong address & the package was opened. The delivery was made on the 28.03.2023 by skye distribution pty Ltd. They are very unprofessional.
