My account was debited and received no proof or receipt for goods purchased. as soon as i tried to do a screen shot of the payment, the page disappeared. I want my refund and converse SA must pay.

Also when i checked back on my profile the status reads I made no orders. `shameful of you Converse SA

I have opened a case of ***** with the bank.

What a disappointment and appalling service.
