TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE service for such a big company! I requested an exchange for a bigger size, they send me an email to say it’s processed and will be delivered soon only to find out that they didn’t process it and can’t help me now because they are out of stock. Hopefully they have the decency to give me a refund as soon as possible.
