Refund delayed

I ordered online and the shoe was big. I requested a refund on 24 November. At the time, I was informed that the shoes would be collected and the refund processed. However, it has been a month now, and the shoes have not been collected, nor have I received my refund.

This delay is both unacceptable and disappointing. As a first-time customer, this experience has been far from satisfactory, and I do not see myself ordering again if this is the level of service provided.
