Randall you are a start!!! :)

I want to commend Randall for his excellent service. He went beyond what was necessary to assist my to log a return. Something, that I was suppose to do on the website, we went the extra mine to log it for me on his side. He spoke me through the Pargo processes and wrote me a personal email for me to let him know once the parcel has been dropped. The pair of converse was for my daughters birthday and with the correct authorisation he made sure I was able to get it in time. Randall you are a star!!!!!!!
