After returning my Converse order through Pargo in July, I sent several follow-up emails over the following weeks without receiving a response or clarity on my refund. Eventually, I called and was assisted by Randall Kistasamy, who completely turned the experience around.

Randall took ownership of the matter, followed up with the courier, kept me informed, and arranged my refund after confirming that the parcel had been lost in transit.

His professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help made an enormous difference after weeks of frustration.

However, I strongly urge Converse to reconsider using Pargo for returns. This is the third parcel I have sent from the Pargo point at Clicks Lonehill that has gone missing, which raises serious concerns about the security and reliability of the service.
