Randall saves the day

Ordered a pair of toddler sneakers online which had a defect and decided to return. It’s been nearly a month and sent follow up emails but responses were extremely slow. Today (01 September) I got a call from Randall who then quickly solved the problem in one go. His customer service is outstanding! Online ordering can quickly turn into a nightmare especially if there’s confusion with an order but with his excellent communication and follow ups, I am extremely happy! Thank you so much Randall.
