Pathetic Online Shopping

I am an avid online shopper. Converse has the worst Service possible. I ordered a sneaker early December. To Date, I have not received the Sneaker nor any feedback from Converse. I have sent emails to: ***. I got three read receipts but no response. I first non response since from Online Shopping. Sadly Converse should not have an online shopping Platform. This is managed very poorly.
