Order Never Recieved

I ordered sneakers on the 28th of November 2024 and I never got my order, I have been following up by calling and sending emails, I only get promises that I will be assisted and that never happens. The last time I called to ask for my refund,the consultant asked for proof of account and assured me that I will be refunded in a few days and til today,nothing has been refunded and not even communication. This is the worst service provider.
