Order Delayed for Weeks – Converse SA Ruined My Wedding Plans

I am writing to lodge a serious complaint regarding my outstanding order of two pairs of sneakers placed on 25 November. To date, I have not received my order, and this delay has already caused me significant distress.

These sneakers were purchased specifically for my wedding on 13 December, and your failure to deliver on time has put me in a very difficult position. With the wedding now only hours away, the damage caused by this delay will be severe if I do not receive the items immediately.

I urgently request that Converse South Africa arrange overnight delivery without any further delay to the address where I am currently located:

Please provide immediate confirmation that the order will be dispatched overnight. If this is not possible, I expect a full refund and a written explanation for the delay.

I trusted Converse with an important part of my wedding attire, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and service. I request that this matter be treated with the highest priority.
