Can I rate 0? Online shopping: ordered 4 pairs of shoes on 12 Dec. 2024 and I still haven't received it by 30 Dec. 2024. NO ONE HELPS to find my order - delivery tracking number doesn't exist, call centre doesn't answer phone calls
