No Option - Converse Sandton City *Bad Experiance*

Hi

I visited a Store in Sandton City to purchase Sneakers which I loved and I bought 2 Pairs, which where 30% off on special, one for myself one for my girlfriend unfortunately I took the wrong size (Size 5), instead of Size 4.

I then go to the retail store to do an exchange or to get another sneaker to replace the one I got, I choose another sneaker which I need top up with almost R500 the I say no I cant top up, then I say can you give me Size 4 of the same sneaker I bought, which the ladies check on their system, the system showed that they have 2 Pairs in size 4, then they check at the back the 2 pairs are not there, then one of the ladies called all the Branches to find out if they have size 4, all the branches didn't have size 4, Then the lady calls the manager and explains everything to her, that I don't want to top up and I don't want to take another item and I just want the Size 4 of the original sneaker that I bought.

He then tells the lady that "THESE NO OPTION"

I decide to call him am explain the same thing that the lady explained to him, he still insists that I take something that is the same value or a clothing item or a voucher and I still tell him that I don't want any of those items I only want size 4 of what I originally bought, that's it. then he insist still then I tell him ''NO I WANT SIZE 4" he tells me these no option.

Please tell me what to do in this matter I want my size 4, if not I want another sneaker at 30% Off as I bought it.
