No feedback or response

I bought my son a pair of All Star sneakers at Converse Store in Sandton City on February 26th. After he wore them a few times, I realised the print on the heel of one of the sneakers was fading without it having been washed. I took the pair back to the store on 05th March and Nick whom I believed to be the store manager took down my details as well as pictures and informed me he will send those to the head office, in the meantime I should hang on to the sneakers. Days later I received no response and I called Nick and he took down my details again and requested that I send him more pictures in order to proceed which I did. I didn't get any feedback so I called the store again only to be told Nick was not in but the gentleman i spoke to promised to give me a call back but never did. Till today no one has bothered to call me or give me any explanation as to why sneakers that had not been washed before and still pretty new would have the printing fading just after being worn a few times.
