No communication from converse regarding exchange

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from Converse South Africa. I have been trying to arrange a simple exchange for a smaller size, but there has been no response to my emails or direct messages.

I’ve reached out multiple times and have received no update, no assistance, and no acknowledgement of my request. It’s extremely frustrating to be completely ignored, especially when the issue is straightforward and within the exchange policy.

I would appreciate it if someone from Converse could finally assist me with processing my exchange. I just want the correct size for the product I purchased.
