This store has the worst customer service. Not my first bad experience but I always try to give ppl the benefit of the doubt. The manager does not understand standard exchange policies and as a customer you are treated like they are doing u an enormous favor by assisting you. U guys seriously need to get your act together I personally will not be subjecting myself to your incompetence any further. U have lost me as a customer.
