If you buy from converse online you won't get your order!

I wish I could give a zero star - my friend Mxolisi placed & paid for an order in 28/11/2024 and the distributer delivered the order to someone else in Soweto! This is unacceptable - as a brand you are accountable from order to delivery and this makes me never want to support this brand ever again. This is not aligned to the Converse brand and if this matter is not resolved it will be escalated to every converse support team globally.
