FED UP

i just had an interaction now with Dorthan Dlamini from Converse Sandton city and to be honest i have heard it with him..i had a problem and this is the 3rd time im coming in to the store and im fed up im 8 months pregnant and cannot be running around the store for this so i request that a refund be made as i had previously asked him if i can get a voucher so i can come back whenevr i have time and he san NO so now he can give it to me and i dont want it anymore because all that i had suggested he said it cannot be done i asked him who will come to the store the 4th time and he had the ***** to say who has been coming as if he is paying taxi fare for me coming to the store and im tired of making call s too with my money
