What great service from Randall Sherwin Kistasamy from Converse SA. I had an issue with getting my ordered delivered and Randall did everything in his power to make sure I got my order. The type of service that Randall provided is what Customer Service should be like. I have never experienced the type of service that Randall delivered and Converse should really employ more staff like him. I really appreciate the service that he delivered.
