I purchased a pair of converse 09/12/2021 @09:38:28 at laceup in vangate mall, R699.00
Actually rushed into store to get it for my daughter R graduation size 12 at first purchase then same time we got home the sneaker was to small rushed back to store for bigger size.
My 6year old daughter had it on for exactly and hour, the next day it was her class party from 08:30 till 11:30,
Takkie she wore once I'm not justifying for any reason but my child wore her sneaker to have it break like that I just don't understand as how a shoe can be damaged this bad paying R699.
Took it back to store immediately were the manage refuses to assist me I don't care if they just offered sending sneaker back for repairs but he bluntly told me a child will never say what really happened he will find out what his manager said and left the sneaker at shop.
Firstly my daughter was not even aware that the shoe was broken when she took it off her feet I even recordered her to explain to her father.
Also my kids just wear all stars they live for all stars cause it go with anything.
Same I purchased in this year at Converse store in canal walk a low cut all star for my same daughter red one after wearing it a few times I noticed that the sizes are different size 11 one foot and other foot size 12 took it back just to have the shoe size change but they refused without the slip, at the time I let it slip as up until now she's still wearing the sneakers.
I'm highly upset not that I asked my money back but for them either to tell me they would send it away to be repaired or replace it R699 is alot of money for a brand new sneaker wore once what must i do with a broken sneaker
