Conversed to other brands
I have always loved the brand Converse but recently bought a pair from Vaal Mall just to have it tear within a few days. Taking it back to store and exchanging does not resolve the issue because it seems the batch had a problem. I am conversed its no longer the tried, loved and trusted brand. Paying top dollar as they say and having such a bad experience is not worth it.

I HOPE THAT OTHER CONSUMERS SEES MY REVIEW and change BRANDs also because your brand is EXPENSIVE and not contacting me and replying as such shows the aftercare SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. If it was a cheap brand maybe I would commend you but not reaching out WOW!!!
