What a disgraceful business. Placed online order 3 Dec for delivery in 5-7 days. Now 16 Dec. Tracking app says the order is being processed, this has been the case since 3 Dec. Six calls to their call centre yesterday answered by Thomas, who tried to transfer me to a non existent Dean. On line chat not evident despite an assertion on their website that they have one. Email to customer care not answered. Am about to report them to my bank for taking money under false pretences. Never use them again.
