Converse South Africa service not up to standard.

Good day, I made a order(order ***) at Converse on the 06/05/20. They let me know that due to Covid they will dispatch order as soon as lock down lifted(which is acceptable under these circumstances). I received a mail from the converse team on the 14/05/20 that my order will be delivered "sometime" the following week. On the 25/05/20 after inquiring again they send mail to say they are working around the clock. To date 24/06/20 nothing received as yet. Order states that it is at courier form more than a week now. This is unacceptable and terrible service from a BLUE CHIP company like Converse.
