Paid for takkies using order number *** paid for the order on the 27th Via Payflex received a email however the order number is not picking up on their system till today despite being told delivery and waybill number will be issued 3 to 5 days. There is no after sales number to track this as the toll free number stipulated does not work - the email provided does not answer like a normal supplier would there is just a big lack in comms at this rate I am unsure if I will even receive my order

04 Jun 2024, 21:00It's 8 days I still have no indication of a tracking number or date order will be received...sadly this type of proceeding was not communicated when funds were paid to you guys for items neither were delays communicated we pay for items yet also have to spend time chasing after for orders and after service support sadly I will never use Converse for any future purchases
