Converse refund failure

On the third of May 2022 I bought a pair of online.They couldn't process my order because I didn't confirm my email account.when I told them they told me to consult my bank,I did.At capitec they did an investigation now they're telling me to check at converse.now I don't know what to do.somebody help R1 200 is a lot of money
