CONVERSE ALL STARS

Hey converse, i am very disappointed in the manner your call center handles clients or customers.

As long as i can remember converse all stars have always been part of my wardrobe.

Now after i have spoken to your call center consultants i feel as if i am just that RANDS you'll dont really need.

I recently bought a pink all star, i slowly collect the colours as i can afford them. I had small issue the colours on the left sneaker did not match the colour on the right sneaker.

As i spoke to the consultant and explaining her, the coldest way possible all that was said sorry we dont do that and we cant help you and that was that of the conversation.

I have been buying all stars all my life every year at least 1 pair sometimes 2. Now im two minded on ever buying an all star ever. It felt like i wanted a freebie the way the consultant spoke to me.
