Bad customer service

So here we go again i bought my 5th pair of all stars high tops that started to rip on the side just after 3months of wear which to me is very pour product quality has i have owned 5pairs of the years i wrote a review on these shoes asking for this problem to be solved and was told that my problem woild be escalated to the necessary people and they will contact me but to no suprise they didn't which just shoes they are only money grabbing at this point and looks to be there is no regard towards the customer as this matter was addressed 2weeks ago no email on call nothing horrible customer service so i personally wouldn't recommend CONVERSE to anyone at this point and the only reason being is the degrading quality of their shoes so until this problem is resolved i wont buy another pair of Converse shoes!!
