Bad bad bad service

I order shoes from Converse and it was the wrong size because the website didn't say it is kids shoes. I want to return the shoes but my order is not on omy profile so I cant log a return. After numerous emails to converse I dont get a reply for someone to assist me. This is the first online store where I struggle so much. I just want my money back for these kids shoes.
