Are they really Coverse?!

This was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

Firstly I struggled to get the shoes. I received a delivery message, then I went to the store (I chose the store delivery option) and they told me the shoes were not there. I had to DM on Instagram to get a phone number to follow up with (automated message) because there's no phone number on their website. Then eventually after I got the shoes... they are disappointing. The stitching is discoloured. Horrific! Not the quality I'm used to. I love Converse All-Star sneakers and I have several pairs, but I'll never buy online again.
