Absolutely Horrible Service/Communication
Placed an order on the 27th November 2024, and still haven't received my order. I've called and emailed numerous times but no communication from both Converse and their delivery company(CourierIT). Finally got hold of someone from Converse online who said they had spoken to a manager from the courier company and was assured my order would be delivered today between 8am - 12pm 20/12/2024. It is now 4:30pm and I haven't heard from anyone as I still haven't received my order. I've called them numerous times and their lines have been busy until closing time. Zero communication about what's happening with my order. Never referring people to them again.

06 Jan 2025, 15:21Finally decided to cancel the order as it's been well over a month with practically zero communication or attempt to resolve this. I still have not received my order, 06/01/2025. Just waiting to get my money back.
