A nightmare return experience with Converse

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Converse South Africa. I purchased shoes on their website, and the delivery was quick, arriving within 3 days. However, when I needed to return them due to sizing issues, things took a turn for the worse.

My return was approved and handed over to Pargo, but it's been over 2 weeks, and the status is still stuck on "Parcel has been collected by courier" from 10 November 2025. I've spoken to multiple customer service reps, Carla and WMolledy from Skye Distribution, who kept promising they will escalate to management and package will be return soon.

The lack of communication, compassion, and professionalism from Converse and Pargo has been appalling. I've been told the matter is escalated, but nothing changes. Avoid Converse and Pargo if you value your time and sanity!
