Shockingly Poor Service

It is a pity that after I have used ConvaTec products for the last 33 years and having spent tens of thousands of Rands in the process, they haven't had the common courtesy to execute a simple request for a product for me to test. I have been trying for 5 (five) months to get Juanita Myburgh to supply me with a product that I enquired about. Will I recommend anyone to support ConvaTec and their atrocious service? NEVER!!
