Bad Service from Control4 Dealer Hometronix

I installed Control4 Home Automation System in my house a year ago, but the system has never functioned properly since the installation. The system was installed by a Control4 dealer called Hometronix . I have to call them almost everyday to report issues. Most of the time they don’t return calls, they don’t respond to e-mails. They just don’t care. You don’t get a report of what is wrongand how it’s been fixed. It feels like they work on trial and error. they don’t test the system after fixing stuff. If they have been to my home I usually end up with more issues than what they were called for. When you report an issue you have to follow up with 3 to 5 calls before they send the Technician. Their Technicians cannot tell you exactly when they are coming , you might waste a day waiting for them, only to find that no one is scheduled to attend to your issue. They come randomly when you are not expecting them. They never finish the work , always promise to come back and never come back unless you call again.

I would not recommend Control4 and Hometronix to anyone. I have had a very exhausting 12 months since I bought this system. Unfortunately as I’m writing this review the system is still not fully functional.
