I see on your website and on trustpilot that there is numerous complaints that cape-contrex.co.za take your money and don't deliver the goods. It is true that they don't deliver and don't answer your emails. I paid for a VT JUMP 1800 power station and also sent my prove of payment to *** - no replies! I also agree that openening a theft case against them is the only solution to get my money back.
